Well navigation bar on the top of your blog sometimes annoying and lack you templates and blog looks their is a way to remove it completely here is a the process.
Follow the steps bellow
1.got to your blogger editing page
2.Click on the Design tab.
3.Go to the Edit Html tab.
4 Find the code <body> You can do it by clicking on the html codes section press Ctrl +A and after that Ctrl+F
you will see a search box usually on the top right corner or in the bottom left corner
5.Copy and past the code <body> it will lead you to the code and just before that code copy paste this code
