Restrict Your Search to a Page’s Title, Text, or Links

The next operators define where on a page AltaVista will search for your keywords.
You use the url: operator to restrict the search to a page’s URL, the
anchor: operator to restrict the search to the word or phrase within the text of a
hyperlink, and the text: operator to restrict the search to the body text of the
Web page itself. So to search for URLs that contain the word “brown,” you enter
url:brown; to search for hyperlinks that contain the word “brown,” enter
anchor:brown; and to search for Web pages that contain the word “brown” (but
not in the URL or link text), enter text:brown.
