I have heard people to say which one is more better to have a Blog or a website? Well in my sense both ways got its own potential.HOW ? Well Blog is about writing and stick to it for long time and showing people about your interest and making them come to you and subscribe with what you are doing.Blog have to be nicely organised have to have good and interesting posts and must have a consistency on the work.Blogging is fun make a topic on your mind and write about it rather then thinking about money.If you think about money before your Blog becomes old and have at least couple of hundreds subscribers you wont earn a dime.So first focus for Bloging should be driving traffic and getting subscribers when you will see you are getting the traffic you want or at least it showing to you that you are started to build a good traffic constantly for a while then you can go for thinking money not before that.Best way for Blogging is post frequently and stick to it. At least for a year.
Here are some tips to get traffic in Blog.
1. Target traffic first.
2.Work hard.
3.Find good and interesting topics to write your blog.
4.Do a research.
5. Target some keywords and write on them.
6.Do not copyright or do it less as less as possible.
7.Do not just write ad pictures and make it more presentable.
8.Try to get the experience of your visitors of your Blog.
9.Try to make good questions and post them where visitors will see and answer.
10.Build quality links.
Well these points you have to do first for Blogging or a website you build for at least first year and get the eye of traffic. when you get enough visitors then think how to use them to earn money not before that and mos important thing is do not get upset be motivated to what you are doing.
Same things are referenced for website swell but in a different sense why in different because for making a website you have to learn coding.Coding is Html,Java,Php,Css or algorithm if you want something more Or you can hire some one who knows about it.If you don't have at least basic sense about coding you wont be able to upgrade your website swell that's the only point which makes website and Blogging become different from on to another.
You can set up a blog in couple of minutes from Google Blogger or WordPress and start posting but for the website you need a hosting account and a domain name but Blogging can be done without any money but both takes same amount of time to establish.
Websites got some thing more to do like search a domain name which suits your website topic such as like for a Handy man website if you take name like techcrunch it wont match with your website and it wont make a good impression on the search engine swell cause it will get confused.So know what you are doing and think and do a research on it see how others doing gather experience and then start it do not just get a domain and start.That is a mistake i have done at the beginning but learned from it.
